As Property Manager for Urban Innovations, Alfrieda is responsible for the daily operations of UI's commercial portfolio. Her duties include managing and maintaining the properties, as well as sustaining the quality and value of the assets for the owners.

Alfrieda earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. Prior to joining Urban Innovations, she gained experience managing real estate properties for both the University of Chicago and The Habitat Company. She now actively participates in educational programs offered by the Chicago Chapter of the Building Owners and Management Association.
