A part of the Urban Innovations team since 1998, Aaron is the Leasing Director for UI, and is responsible for leasing the commercial office portfolio. His duties include the development of construction drawings, telecommunications, space planning, analysis of potential acquisitions, and finalization of leases.

Aaron is a member of the National, Illinois and Chicago Associations of Realtors, as well as the Commercial Real Estate Organization. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Illinois and is currently a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Candidate.
