Alfrieda GreenRPA & LEED AP O+M
As Vice President of Property Management for Urban Innovations, Alfrieda is responsible for the daily operations of UI's commercial portfolio. Her duties include managing and maintaining the properties, as well as sustaining the quality and value of the assets for the owners. Prior to joining Urban Innovations, she gained experience managing real estate properties for both the University of Chicago and The Habitat Company.
Alfrieda earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. She is a LEED accredited professional, Certified Energy Procurement Professional, Real Property Administrator and a licensed Managing Broker in Illinois. She also actively participates in educational programs offered by the Chicago Chapter of the Building Owners and Management Association.
