Bill NoonanRPA, LEED AP
As Vice President of Property Management for Urban Innovations, Bill is responsible for the overall operations of UI's commercial portfolio. His duties include managing and maintaining the properties, as well as sustaining the quality and value of the assets for the owners. Prior to joining Urban Innovations, Bill served as the Vice President and General Manager at The Chicago Apparel Center for 7 years and Chicago's Merchandise Mart for 4 years.
Bill earned a bachelor's degree in Political Science and Journalism from Marquette University. He is a LEED accredited professional, Real Property Administrator and a licensed Broker in Illinois. He is also active on the board of The Chicago Loop Alliance.
