Project Summary: UI has helped Blackwood BBQ develop from a fledgling single-location restaurant to a now staple brand flourishing in Chicago. Each location incorporates a unique and different palate of reclaimed materials ranging from barn wood to weathered factory sheet metal roofing. In addition to four retail locations, UI helped drive the development of a 12,000 SF state-of-the-art commissary kitchen to keep their retail locations flowing.
