Project Summary: 5,500 SF interior build out for The Franklin Chicago’s new Sky Lobby. Project included converting a 44th floor office space to a high-rise elevator transfer experience and tenant amenity space. Sky Lobby incorporated an enormous two-story green wall and a custom lighting fixture with columns of light suspended from the ceiling.
