Project Summary: Urban Innovations executed transformative tenant improvements to Pre Brands existing office space. Updates included demo of non-structural partitions, toilet rooms, flooring, lighting and mechanical systems. New work included the installation of new drywall partitions, new millwork elements, new doors and frames, new finishes at walls, ceiling and floors. Modifications and additions to electrical, plumbing and mechanical components were also completed.
